In EnerG Linkage, we have string team of engineer who came into action once we got the contract signed / purchase order received.

We focus on planning and organizing a project and its resources. This includes identifying and managing the lifecycle to be used, applying it to the user-centred design process, formulating the project team, and efficiently guiding the team through all phases until project completion.

We firmly believe in five phases of project management.

• Execution
• Monitoring
• Completion

We always worked on the 7 dimensions of project management starting from Customers, Competitors, Capabilities, Capital, Channels, Communication and Coordination.

EnerG Linkage PMO team role is to establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently.
