• Light Fabrication 1 to 200 kg
• Medium 200 to 5000kg
• Heavy Fabrication >5000 kg to 40000 kg single pcs.
• Deals in MS, CS (grade up to +100 KSI YS), SS & Aluminium Grade material.
• Manufacturing as per IS, ASTM, JIS, GB & EN standards.
• We follow these welding processes GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, SAW.
• Welding qualification as per AWS D14.3, D1.1, D1.2 ASME IX, ISO 15614, 15613, ISO 3834.
• ISO 3834 qualified weld shop.
• We have certified Welding Inspector from AWS/CWI.
• Our welding engineers are NDT level 2 – UT/MT/PT/VT.
• Painting, CED coating, Powder coating & Liquid painting.
